With the help of Orthodontic Treatment Planning Software, a team of Orthodontists design how to move your teeth from the present position to the desired position in an increment manner. One can be able to see what the new smile is predicted to look like even before the treatment begins.
Once we get the approval from the patient/doctor after seeing the final result outcome then a set of resin-based 3D models are produced. Each 3D Model corresponds to one or a group of teeth movement.
Starting from a few to 100s of such models are produced depending on the complexity of the teeth movement.
After the production of the 3D Models, Aestheticalign aligners are prepared from an advanced &medical grade smart plastic sheets with better crack resistance & rigidity which puts gentle & continuous pressure on the desired teeth to be moved.
Each aligner slightly repositions the teeth by moving them horizontally, vertically and rotating them if necessary. STEP 4 (PRODUCING ALIGNERS)
Aligners are made according to the treatment plan approved by the patient/doctor and dispatched.
STEP 5 (FINAL DELIVERY TO PATIENT)
